New AAU Warm up Times:
            Level 2 & 3 - 30 second warm up
            Level 4 - 45 second warm up
            Level 5 & 6 - 1 minute warm up
            Prep Optional - 1 minute warm up
            Level 7 - 1 ½ minute warm up
            Level 8, 9 & 10 - 2 minute warm up
